Participating in EGI for me is about engaging in inspiring spaces, delving into domains of discovery and partaking in a community of entrepreneurs of their work and lives. Since EGI’s creation I have “walked the edge” as program participant, advisory board member and collaborator. In each experience I am touched by the possibility to courageously explore my edges, the smooth as well as the jagged ones and transform them into assets. This nurturing network of caring entrepreneurs is a space where connections are meaningful and the moments of generosity that provoke my paradigms are countless.

I care about bringing to this world my passion, belief and experience with people’s ability to start over in new or familiar territory. I consistently find myself leaning into support individuals and organizations that embark on transformational change. My collaboration with Kimberly Hunn, founder of EGI, to create the framework of Coaching for the Global Professional is one way to place this passion in service of others. It is an offer born of the care and desire to support courageous ones choosing to lead a life abroad. Whether personally in mentoring a recent immigrant or professionally through coaching expats’ or organization leaders’ growth, I am dedicated to generating strategic leadership from the inside out.

Sandra holds a Masters Degree in Intercultural Education and Immigration from the University of Barcelona (Spain, 2004) and a Bachelors of Arts from Rutgers University (USA, 1993) in Communication and Spanish. She certified in 2000 as a Coach from the Newfield Network (USA/Chile.)
