When you lack appreciation and gratitude, and focus instead on maintaining resentment and conflict with others, you loose energy.

Relationships based on resentment become obstacles in times of transition and it is important to heal the discord to advance.

The natural result of forgiveness and appreciation is joy. The latter emerges in a state of acceptance for what we cannot change and produces a sense of lightness and enthusiasm for the learning process and its application.
